Refunds & Returns



Your satisfaction is very important to us. Were happy to offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on most items!

Most merchandise purchased from can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Product must be in perfect condition along with all original packaging intact.

Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at with a description of the return and your order number. Returns should be properly packed in the items original packaging and sent at the customer's expense to the address we provide you during authorization. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. Ecosense will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Therefore we highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method.

* Some types of products are non-returnable including sale items, and custom order items. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you are unsure whether or not the items you are interested in can be returned, please feel free to email us at

Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, hardware and any other related items and must be in perfect unused condition, or restocking and repackaging fees will apply.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost on returns.  A 15% restocking fee may additionally be assessed to the customer for any return of undamaged product.

To start a return, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

After 30 days, items will not be accepted for return.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

We require the recipient note the damage at delivery. Recipient should also take pictures of any of the damage. We are not responsible for and will not be obligated to cover any damage that occurs in shipment that is not noted by the recipient at the time of delivery. Damage claims will be filed with the shipping company for any damage the recipient indicates was received during the shipping process, but there is no guarantee non-noted damage claims will be paid.



In the event refused product is transported to us via the original shipper, you (i.e. - the customer) are responsible for freight costs. The refused, undamaged product may be shipped back to our pre-approved operating location. A 15% restocking fee may additionally be assessed to the dealer for any return or undamaged product.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. We DO NOT offer full refunds on missing/stolen orders, orders marked as delivered by the delivery carrier.
